Medical dinner

Went for Medical dinner tonight.

It was great fun, meeting with old pals again. Nothing beats chilling out with old friends and talking abt each and everyone of our peculiar experiences in the wards. 2mths as doctors have certainly made us grown in certain aspects.. be it the way we live our lives now (night calls after night calls) as well as our perspective on medical practice.

dinner was nice.. free food, so what more can we ask for.. but the company was certainly better. how we used to take each other's presence for granted.. now meeting up with one another is such a hard-to-come-by opportunity, given our different schedules.

never thought life as a HO was smooth going, but hearing one another out certainly gives you an uplift and the assurance that we are all in this together..

of course, it was really nice to see gd old prof Low come up to us and say hi, no thanks to my porcupine hair. he was astonished that we only do 5 calls/mth.. muz be really tough back then yah

anyway.. great get together, to say the least!! : )
